By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
The App is designed to provide users with information about available laser shows and allow users to book tickets for those shows. Currently, ticket booking through a payment gateway is not available, but we are actively working on integrating secure payment options in future updates.
To access certain features, users can log in or sign up quickly and easily by entering their 10-digit mobile number. Upon entering the number, a 6-digit code will be sent via FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) notification to verify the user's identity. Please ensure that you allow notification permissions to receive the verification code. By registering through this method, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and confirm that the provided mobile number is accurate and accessible.
The App provides details on available laser shows, including dates, times, and other relevant information. Users can explore available shows and select their preferred shows to proceed with a booking. Currently, no payment is required as the payment gateway is under development. We will notify you when the payment feature becomes available through app updates.
A secure payment gateway will be integrated in future releases to facilitate the purchase of tickets. Once integrated, users may be required to enter valid payment information to complete transactions. Payments will be processed securely, and no sensitive payment information will be stored on our servers.
Once ticket booking becomes available via the payment gateway, cancellation and refund policies will be implemented. Until then, no payment is required for bookings, and users are advised to check show details carefully before proceeding. Upon activation of the payment feature, all refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy, which will be made available on the App at that time.

All content, features, and functionality within the App (such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by LaserZone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We value your privacy. The App collects and uses your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is used, shared, and protected. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify the App and these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted within the App, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any updates signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
To delete your account, please send an email request to techglobal184@gmail.com with the subject line "Please delete my account" and provide a reason for deletion. Your account will be disabled within 15 days to 1 month after the request is verified.
